Who Has Time For Some Negative?

Not this girl!!

2012 is off to such a great start! I have a few goals that I want to accomplish this year (because really, whats life with out a few goals).

I want to:

*take a photography class

*find some hobbies

*Get a gym pass

*Take a cooking class

Of course I have a few New Years Resolutions too, but those are different. Good news is so far I have completed 50% of my goals. I am going to Calgary in February to take a Photography Workshop and I went and got my gym pass Jan 2. No wasting time for me!

But besides the fact that I have some great goals for myself, Karson and I also have some goals together. We would like to own 2 rental properties or more by the end of the year. Well, yesterday we put an offer in on one and it was accepted so we are that much closer to meeting that goal!

And besides all that great news, I got a baby brother on Jan 4! His name is Jaxon Joseph Peter Szteina. And he is HANDSOME! Well obviously, I mean he is my brother ;) But I just love him so much and I just can't wait to hold him and snuggle him and he the bestest big sister ever!

Look how happy my Dad and Juanita are! I just love it!!

And to add to my happy state I have this...its something that makes a girl like me feel like winning the lottery wouldn't be enough. Like I am the LUCKIEST girl in the entire world.

Who has time for some negative when I am so darn busy with all the positive!
